Eurozet Group, the owner of Radio ZET, TOK FM, Radio Złote Przeboje, Antyradio, Radio Plus, Radio Pogoda, Meloradio, Rock Radio, and Chillizet, was looking for a way to transform a scattered sales tool ecosystem into one cohesive platform. In practice, this meant the need for transparency at every stage of the funnel - from the first sales contact to project settlement. 

 

We started the process with a thorough analysis: together with users, we mapped processes, defined data objects, and designed the target architecture. The result was the Sales Support System (SWS) project covering the full funnel (six key areas), database structure, screen and report specifications, test scenarios, and a clickable mockup that allowed us to quickly agree on the detailed shape of the interface. 

Based on this, we executed data migration from source systems and integrations with applications used in Eurozet Group, including feeding the data warehouse for reporting to operate in near real-time. 

 

Thanks to the dedicated system, Eurozet Group gained:

  • A unified, centralized sales system,

  • Processes were simplified and automated,

  • sales teams received a tool that increased work efficiency,

  • management gained access to comprehensive reports and data in real-time.
